It was a sweet double for The Higher Secondary School for Boys, Srirangam, as it emerged victorious in the inter-school league and inter-school knockout cricket tournaments conducted by the Tiruchi District Cricket Association.
The HSS for Boys defeated Campion Anglo Indian HSS ‘B’ team in the final of the inter-school league tournament. Of the 14 teams that took part in the competition, six qualified for the super league phase in which the teams were divided into two pools of three teams each. The topper of each pool advanced to the final.
